General Booking Terms & Conditions of ELITE MODELS MANAGEMENT COPENHAGEN ApS

registered in Østergade 55, 3rd Floor, DK-1100 Copenhagen, Denmark, hereinafter called “Elite Copenhagen.

 

By confirming a booking with Elite Copenhagen, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following terms, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

1. WORKING HOURS & OVERTIME

   Standard day rates are based on 8 hours, including hair, makeup, fittings and breaks.
   Overtime is charged at 150% of the standard hourly rate, calculated in full one-hour increments beyond 8 hours.

 

2. USAGE RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS

   Usage rights are strictly limited to the expressly agreed media, territory, duration, products and purposes.
   Any additional usage, extensions, modifications or transfers of rights require prior written approval from the Agency and may incur additional fees.
   All usage rights are granted conditional upon full payment of the agreed fees. In the event of non-payment, the Agency reserves the right to suspend or revoke the granted usage rights, subject to applicable law.

 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

   Less than 24 hours before call time: 100% of the booking fee.
   24–48 hours before call time: 50% of the booking fee.
   Bookings of 3 or more days: Cancellation within a period equal to or shorter than the booking duration incurs 100% of the booking fee, excluding weekends and public holidays when calculating notice.
   Rebooking: If the same model is rebooked within 24 hours of cancellation, the cancellation fee may be reduced to 50%, subject to Agency approval.

 

4. PAYMENT & INVOICING

   Payment is due within 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice.
   VAT will be added where applicable.

 

5. SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL ADVERTISING

   Standard social media usage covers organic branded social media only.
   Paid social advertising, boosting, whitelisting, dark posts, paid amplification and any other sponsored distribution are not included in standard web or social media usage and must be separately negotiated and approved in writing.

 

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) & DIGITAL REPRODUCTION

   No images, footage, likenesses, voice recordings or other material involving the Model may be used for AI training, machine learning, synthetic content generation, digital replicas, facial reconstruction or AI-generated alterations without prior written consent from both the Agency and Model.
   Any authorized AI-related usage must be separately negotiated and agreed in writing, including applicable fees and compensation.
   Standard technical retouching that does not materially alter the Model's appearance or image is permitted within the agreed usage rights.

 

7. CONTRACTUAL TERMS & PRIORITY

   These Booking Terms & Conditions form part of all bookings confirmed with Elite Copenhagen.
   Any additional, conflicting or alternative terms proposed by the Client, including terms contained in purchase orders, booking confirmations or separate agreements, shall apply only if expressly accepted in writing by the Agency.
   No variation, waiver or extension of these terms shall be valid unless agreed in writing by the Agency.
